Damages If merchandise arrives in damaged condition, refuse delivery. If damage is concealed, please retain all packaging and damaged goods for inspection by carrier’s representative. Notify us immediately. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours by calling our Shipping Center at 760-408-5508 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.
